When are you usually available for people to reach out to Prairie Cross?

Phone calls are accepted Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM Central Time to 5:00 PM Central Time. We will be closed on all federal holidays. If you are having an emergency, you should dial 911. To contact us after hours for non-emergencies, you may reach us via text at: [[316-351-9200]] or email at: [[Chaplain@PrairieCross.org]].

What can people expect to do or achieve when they connect with you during these hours?

For non-critical contacts received outside of phone call hours, we will return your message on the next business day. If your situation is critical, we will contact you within two hours. Calls from City or County Emergency Dispatch  and the Emergency Room will be answered immediately 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Do your availability hours ever change for holidays, special events, or for any other reason?

We kindly ask that you honor our business hours as much as possible, as we have families that also require our presence and care. Our standard operating hours are designed to balance our ministry with personal commitments.

We will be available for local disaster response on a 24/7 basis.
